Philip is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of operating at a senior level in the social housing sector.  Philip’s last two roles have been at Chef Executive level.  He is currently Chief Executive of Colchester Borough Homes, the Council’s social housing management company where he has overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of the Council’s 7,000 homes as well as for the City Council’s homelessness services.
