Jonathan is the Managing Director of Hills Residential and Hills Building Group, a collection of property development, and construction businesses operating across the South East of England. 

In addition to his work in the construction sector, Jonathan owns and operates businesses in hospitality and storage. These include Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, a boutique hotel and restaurant set within a Grade II listed country house and operated in partnership with Milsom Hotels, as well as Hills Self Storage, now the largest independent self-storage operator in North Essex, serving both commercial and domestic customers. 

Jonathan and the wider Group are also committed to community engagement and charitable giving. The company supports a number of local and international charities and has recently been involved in funding educational projects, including the development of schools in Ghana, reflecting a broader commitment to social responsibility alongside commercial success.
