Sarah is an experienced business owner, having co-founded her first business in 2003 which grew internationally with a team of 25 and going on to run several other businesses.  She now supports ambitious business owners to scale by building teams that are aligned to their culture and vision; as well as offering support with any outsourcing needs.  Sarah has been a volunteer Business Mentor for the Kings Trust for the last 4 years. 

She has lived in the Colchester area for over 20 years and has been running free monthly networking events for a year; kindly hosted by Metro Bank and attracting local business owners to meet and share ideas.  This has led to some great connections in the local community.
